Starting up a business is alot of work, but because I have had a few breaks in between, it hasn't been too crazy. Although I probably could be doing something else right now, it was time to get creative and get my brain working. It's also nice starting up a business when you have lots of time on your hands to do your own little projects. I hope I have inspired at least one of you to give me a call or send me an sms one day because you would like beautiful photographs of your family. Something a little different! And hopefully not as stiff to work with as my paperdolls ;-) hehe! And please don't think that because it is getting colder that you can't have lovely photos of your family. Autumn is wonderful!!!
I don't think this is the last you will see of my paperdolls... ;-)
I am almost speechless about this photoshoot. I wanted to try out some things I haven't done before, and that included having a fabulous assistant Cecilia who was very good at taking direction in reflector usage. This is something I totally can't do myself so I will be asking for her help again. Thanx Cecilia! As for the gorgeous, fun, lively and talented J and GK...WOW! I kind of forgot they did dance together until the end of the photoshoot, and by that stage I was rather tired from trudging through mossy, mosquito infested forest. But I did get some dance moves and lots of leaping about! I was very very aware that I really haven't taken any photos of teenagers and that is another reason why I did this shoot. I will be doing another one soon hopefully. I have known J since she was about 11 or 12 and it is amazing how fast they grow up at this age! J is an old soul though, and she's been here before that's for sure :-) Thanx girls for being such good sports and letting me boss you around and putting up with my giggling ;-) Enjoy!
