Heddal Stavkirke Wedding

After all the rain we couldn't have been luckier with the amazing sunny weather we had this weekend.  I had weddings on Saturday and Sunday and both were perfect Autumn weather!
I was lucky enough to photograph Heidi and Andreas in the beautiful and very old Heddal Stavkirke in Notodden. I had visited this church before but had never been inside and I was curious to know how dark it atually was.  It was pretty dark.  Very high ceilings with tiny windows up high. Heddal Stavkirke is the largest stave church in Norway. Very special and such intricately painted walls inside.  I always find myself pinching myself to make sure it's real (this living in Norway thing). :-)
After a lovely ceremony the couple raced off in a Corvette, Stingray and we took photos at the very fancy Admini mansion.

Sweet Baby Girl

Another not so new baby came to visit me last week.  This sweet baby girl was so cuddly and I had all the patience in the world to wait until she finally gave in to sleep.  It was so worth the wait. I love the different seasons in Norway and always do something a little colourful for Autumn.

Autumn Baby Boy

I have taken photos of quite a few not so newborn babies these days.  With summer holidays in the way of getting newborn photos I have had quite a few 2 and 3 month olds lately.  I had a visit a couple of weeks ago from this sweet little guy and his big sister.  His sister was quite skeptical to having her photo taken with a real camera, but we managed in the end to get quite a few with the together.  And in the end we even got this little blue eyed boy asleep for a short time to get some nice sleepy photos! And thanks again to Hemilia for the knitted overalls.
